Things You Need to Know

We founded Tabacalera Aragon Factory Store to give our customers a fair, rewarding and enjoyable shopping experience allowing everyone to purchase our premium handmade cigars directly from our factory. We conduct business according to the same values, knowing that better service equals loyal customers. Our store policies are detailed below, please have a look and contact us if you want to learn more!

  • We do not sell product to anyone under the age of 21

SHIPPING POLICY

***PLEASE NOTE***

  • For international shipments, import duties and local taxes of the country goods are being imported to, is sole responsibility of the buyer.

  • Our bundles are shipped in cellophane packaging to protect cigars from damage in transit and without ribbon shown in the picture.

  • Our team works hard to ensure all orders are shipped within 24-48hrs from when the order is placed. Note that shipping can be delayed due to weekends and holidays.  Please note that once the packages are dropped off at the shipping carriers we see the same tracking updates as you. Any issues we contact the carrier to facilitate with the delivery of the packages. Note that we are not responsible for any custom duties delays once the package leaves the U.S. and arrives at the country of destination. If you have any questions or concerns please feel free to message us on the "Chat with us" option of the page and we will respond as soon as possible.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

We are certain you will love our cigars however in case you are not entirely satisfied with our products, we will happily accept returns and will issue full refund minus the shipping. There are couple of things to consider:

  • Bundles of Cigars: full refund issued if no more than 2 cigars have been smoked.

  • Cigars must be returned in sellable condition, no cut or partially smoked cigars.

  • Please ensure when packing your return, to pack the cigars well. If cigars come back damaged due to less than adequate packaging, no refund will be issued.
